Full Time Customer Service Representative

The Opportunity
Desky is seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based at our Brisbane office after an initial training period.
For the first 2-3 months, you will be required to work from our Darra facility for a comprehensive and hands-on training program. This will ensure you have a deep understanding of our products, systems, and commitment to customer service excellence before transitioning to the Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be a key representative of the Desky brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Providing accurate and timely information about our products, orders, and services.
- Resolving customer issues, complaints, and technical queries with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Maintaining detailed and confidential records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
