Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Field Administrator, located in Carrum Downs, VIC, with some work-from-home options. The Field Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, coordinating field activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing reports, and assisting with project management tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience in coordinating field activities and managing field personnel
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (Highly regarded, not essential)
  • Proficient in preparing reports and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Experience in the telecommunications or construction industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
