**About the Role**
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Entry Administrator to provide administrative document support to their tight-knit team. The ideal individual will have excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be suitable for someone who has strong technical and Microsoft Excel skills. Visio experience is highly advantageous in this role.
**You must be immediately available and can commence work for Wednesday through to Friday this week.**
**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include;
- High volume data entry
- Manage a timely and efficient data collection process
- Retrieving & manipulating documents
- Updating docs on internal database
- Manage and update spreadsheets
- Ad hoc duties as required
**Skills and Experience**
The following experience is essential to progress with this role:
- Prior data entry experience
- Excellent knowledge of data and document control processing tools
- Strong attention to detail and use of initiative
- High computer knowledge and competency (MS Word and Visio)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise a number of tasks at once
