**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Services Manager to oversee and manage our organisation’s internal operations and support services. This role is critical to ensuring the business functions efficiently across human resources, compliance, procurement, and business administration.

As Corporate Services Manager, you will report directly to the Director and work closely with department heads to ensure alignment of corporate services with business goals.

**You will need to perform the following duties**:

- Oversee and manage corporate operations including HR, administration, compliance, and procurement functions.
- Develop and implement corporate policies, systems and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate financial management support including budgeting, reporting and liaising with external accountants.
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes to optimise cost-efficiency and service delivery.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and training initiatives in collaboration with external HR consultants.
- Monitor business risks and coordinate internal audits, workplace health and safety standards, and regulatory obligations.
- Prepare operational reports and provide strategic advice to senior management to support decision-making.
- Foster a high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A qualification in business administration, commerce, or a related field (Diploma or higher).
- At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in a similar corporate or administrative management role.
- Strong knowledge of business compliance, workplace relations, and operational management practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced commercial environment.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
