We wish to complement our existing team with a People & Culture Graduate within our Fulton Hogan Utilities business. In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Providing support to the HR team with the end-to-end employment lifecycle including induction, on boarding, change of circumstances, employee communication and off boarding
- Providing administrative support related to learning and development programs both internally and externally
- Supporting the team in the efficient use of HRIS, ensuring administrative compliance
- Supporting recruitment activities such as posting advertisements, shortlisting, phone screening, organising interviews, reference checking and coordinating pre-employment checks
- Assisting with the administration of company-wide HR projects and initiatives such as Health and Wellbeing Program, Graduate & Apprenticeship Programs and Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives
- Contributing as key member of the People and Culture team in establishing and driving our positive organisational culture.
How you'll connect to the role:
- Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively while managing conflicting priorities
- A professional attitude with ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- A positive, can-do mindset and a willingness to learn with a proactive approach
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in a HR, recruitment or administration role is highly regarded
