We have an exciting, entry level opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator to join our team. Day to day the People & Culture Administrator will be hands-on with providing essential administration support across the full employee lifecycle, from managing records and contracts to assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. As the first point of contact for staff queries, you'll provide clear, confident, and professional guidance, ensuring our people feel supported and valued.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build meaningful relationships across the organisation. Our People & Culture team's portfolio is broad, so we are looking for someone who can use their strong administrative skills and passion for people to make a positive impact through excellent organisation and service delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries — face to face, email, and phone
  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job ads, shortlisting, phone screens and interview coordination
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction processes for new starters, including system administration and delivering face-to-face inductions
  • Drive employee experience initiatives such as staff communications and recognition programs
  • Prepare and manage contracts, letters and other confidential employment records
  • Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, compliance and workforce data

What you'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, equivalent or willingness to work toward
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office and strong capability in using other HRIS/WHS digital systems
  • Excellent communication skills, including confidence in presenting to large audiences
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A genuine passion for people and delivering great employee experiences

Given the nature of our business, flexibility to accommodate occasional out of hours and weekend work is a requirement of this role.
