Join a well-established client of ours in the commercial department. This role is perfect for an experienced HR or People and Culture coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, high-integrity environments.

  • This is an asap start contract role until 19th of December
  • Located in Adelaide's northern suburbs
  • Hybrid role with exposure to both local and global HR systems

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide day-to-day admin support to the People & Culture team
  • Draft employee contracts, letters, and manage personnel files
  • Maintain HR records in Workday and other internal systems
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Support reporting, audits, and compliance processes
  • Help coordinate internal P&C projects and employee engagement events
  • Liaise with stakeholders locally and internationally

About You

  • Australian Citizen
  • Strong administrative background in HR or P&C teams
  • Confident using Excel and managing multiple systems
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday highly desirable)
  • Great attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive, proactive and eager to learn

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in a HR or P&C support role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
