The role

The People and Culture Officer is responsible for coordinating and delivering a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of our P&C operations nationally.

Providing broad exposure, this role supports recruitment and onboarding, annual calendar activities and learning and development administration.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational skills who has worked in a high-volume environment, attention to detail, strong communication skills and a collaborative approach. Experience or qualifications in HR or Recruitment would support an easy transition.

The role is based in Adelaide, SA, in our new office in the CBD.

What the role involves:

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Deliver essential pre-employment and onboarding functions, enabling efficient and compliant processing of new employees
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates, new employees and a range of internal stakeholders
  • Raise and process employee contract variations

P&C Administration and Coordination

  • Support annual P&C cycle activities such as our remuneration review, , recognition program,
  • Assist with scaled projects and initiatives such as our employee benefits offering

What you will bring with you

  • Experience in HR or Recruitment administration
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Strong customer service ethics
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
  • MS Office, in particular, MS Excel intermediate experience mandatory
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • A growth mindset and continuous improvement focus
  • Tertiary education in HR is highly regarded
