We're Hiring: Practice Manager

Location: North Strathfield | Full-Time | Client-Facing Role

We're looking for a motivated and emerging leader to join our client's team as an Practice Manager/Assistant This is a transitional role designed to accommodate candidates entering at a mid-level, with clear opportunities for growth, while also welcoming experienced individuals ready to hit the ground running at a higher level.

This position is based at their North Strathfield clinic and supports customer service operations across two sites, as well as their community-based Occupational therapy and Physiotherapy services. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy centre, while contributing to the delivery of high-quality service to healthcare professionals and patients.

What You'll Do
  • Provide face-to-face client support including Welcome,bookings and billing
  • Support administrative functions for our Community Occupational therapy and Physiotherapy teams
  • Liaise with third parties and assist with stock and ordering
  • Collaborate with a multi-site customer service team and report directly to the Director
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 6 months as a Practice Manager/Assistant Practice Manager
  • Experience in customer service or healthcare administration
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
