About the Role

Specification and Business Development Manager. The Specification & BD Manager is responsible for driving early-stage influence with architecture and design firms across New South Wales. This role owns the top and middle of the funnel, shaping design intent, building relationships, understanding project pipelines, and positioning the company at concept stage.

  • Location: Sydney.
  • Full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship development across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 firms across NSW.
  • Deliver CPDs & design workshops.
  • Mapping and managing architectural firm pipelines.
  • Early-stage influence before documentation.
  • Capturing design trends and feeding them into product development.
  • Translating design intent into high-level material solutions.
  • Facilitating handover to Sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Architectural Design, Engineering, Business or relevant fields.
  • Interior designers with strong material knowledge.
  • Commercial consultants with design literacy are highly desirable.
  • Previous Specification Manager experience.
