The Opportunity
Based in Kalgoorlie WA, we are seeking a passionate, experienced Customer Service/Office Manager to lead our Kalgoorlie team and take our regional WA customer experience to the next level.
As the new Customer Service/Office Manager, you're not just managing a store—you're making a difference. You'll lead a dedicated team, connect with the local community, and empower customers with products that truly improve lives. What your day looks like:
- Lead day-to-day showroom operations, including stocktakes, sales, and customer experience.
- Take ownership of your showroom's overall performance and success.
- Manage a heavy administrative workload and ensure accurate processing of sales and hire agreements.
- Action quotes, purchase orders, invoices, shipping/distribution and other transactions.
- Follow up with suppliers and customers via email/phone to provide updates and resolve enquiries.
- Coach, roster, and develop your team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build community relationships and grow business opportunities.
Highly relevant tasks include:
- developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided.
- providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment.
- managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services.
- planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided.
- liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations.
