Community Services Assistant

Part Time – 30 hours per fortnight

A unique opportunity is available for a dynamic and dedicated Community Services Assistant to support the Community Engagement Officer to facilitate children and youth programs, working collaboratively with community, families, and local services from diverse backgrounds in an integrated and cooperative way.

About You


• Minimum 2 years experience working with children, youth and families within the community or early childhood sector.


• Certificate III CHC30121 Early Childhood Education and Care or above, or equivalent.


• Sound discipline knowledge gained through experience, training or education.


• Ability to work without supervision and developed time management and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work from a strengths-based family focused approach


• Ability and commitment to ongoing reflection practice and professional development


• Aspire to working in a Not for Profit organisation where you can attach a greater meaning to the work you do.
