About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Leading Hand to join our Electrical Housing team based in Brisbane or Maroochydore.

You'll lead site teams across diverse residential projects, interpreting drawings, solving problems on the fly, and maintaining strong communication with clients, builders, and internal teams.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 1 years' experience on Residential/project homes
  • Current QLD Electrical Licence & Manual Driver's Licence
  • OHS awareness and commitment to safety
  • Communicating with site supervisors and fellow trades
  • Ability to work independently, plan effectively and motivate others

What CV Can Offer You

  • $2k sign on fee plus $2k if pass probation
  • $40.00-$50.00 per hour
  • Flexible roster: 9-day or 10-day fortnight
  • Take home vehicle, iPad & iPhone
  • Annual $220 boot allowance + all PPE & uniforms supplied
  • Optional Saturday work available
  • Get paid to obtain more tickets
