
Civil Compliance Officer

- Investigate and report civil compliance issues citywide
- Inspect stormwater, verges, and footpaths for compliance
- Provide input on Development and Crossover Applications
- Liaise with contractors, builders, and residents
- Respond to maintenance requests and after-hours issues
- Support civil works approvals and enforcement
- Assist in developing compliance policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Technical Services team
- Holds a valid White Card and 'C' Class Driver's Licence
- Has or can obtain a National Police Clearance
- Strong understanding of local government laws and civil standards
- Able to interpret and assess engineering plans
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with infrastructure or contractor supervision
- Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical
- Bonus: Civil or compliance-related qualifications or traffic management cert
- Competitive salary in the range of AUD 85,000 to AUD 110,000, commensurate with experience.
