The City of Nedlands is on the lookout for skilled, community-minded individuals to join our dedicated Civil Maintenance team on a permanent full-time basis. If you've got experience in civil works and a can-do attitude, this could be your next big move.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Supervisor Civil Maintenance, you'll be rolling up your sleeves to assist with maintenance and construction of minor civil infrastructure across our beautiful city — roads, footpaths, verges, drainage, and more.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

  • Safely operate civil maintenance machinery, tools, and vehicles
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance works on City's infrastructure, as well as reactive
  • Assist other internal departments when required

What You Bring:

Must-haves:

  • Current HR Class Driver's Licence
  • White Card (General Construction Induction)
  • Basic Worksite Traffic Management Certificate
  • Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical

Bonus points for:

  • Forklift Licence
  • Bobcat & Excavator experience
  • Front End Loader Ticket
  • First Aid Certificate
