What You Will Do in Your First Year

  • Take full ownership of new business growth and the state budget for WA
  • Lead the sales team as a player-coach, managing two reps and mentoring a cadet

  • Win key accounts and establish long-term customer partnerships that transform client operations
  • Drive market penetration by opening new verticals and securing competitive wins
