An exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team supporting older residents and their carers to be connected and engaged in the Manningham community.
With customer service excellence you will impart your expert knowledge of My Aged Care and changes
within the sector and to support residents to navigate these complex pathways.
Utilise your skills in customer relationship management, and data management and reporting
Provide administrative support to the Healthy Ageing team in delivering diverse initiatives to support the wellbeing, independence and active participation of older Manningham residents

About The Role
The Navigation and Business Support Officer provides customer service excellence within a navigation service mode. Reporting to the Coordinator Healthy Ageing, you will apply your specialist knowledge of My Aged Care and the aged service sector to provide information to help Manningham's older people and their families navigate the systems. Responding to customer enquiries you will play a significant role in connecting older residents to services and events/initiatives within the community. Your administrative skills will be well utilised in ensuring robust customer relationship management and data recording and management, together with provision of business support to the Healthy Ageing team
Skills And Experience
- An ability to accomplish goals within timeframes and strategic parameters.
- Sound judgement and problem solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- A clear communicator well versed in My Aged Care and the aged care sector, with a passion for customer service excellence.
- Skilled in business administration support and data management.
- A collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in customer service and/or business administration, with demonstrated relevant experience
