About The Opportunity
The successful candidate will join a vibrant and experienced Finance Team, operating on a five-day working week from Monday to Saturday, with a rostered day off during the week in lieu of Saturday.

This role is ideal for an energetic, driven Business Manager who excels at building trust-based customer relationships. The position involves presenting finance and insurance products, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving dealership targets through structured processes and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily banking receipts and deposits
  • Reconcile daily transactions and closing summaries
  • Generate customer IDs and maintain accurate CRM data
  • Generate receipts and invoices for customer transactions
  • Assist with post-delivery closing procedures
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and delivery reports
  • Provide support for ad-hoc dealership duties, including admin, events, and promotions
