  • Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism or similar or equivalent experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in internal or corporate communications

  • Strong writing skills, confident communicator, clear thinker

  • Collaborative, proactive and people-focused

  • Sound judgement and discretion when communicating on complex or sensitive topics

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines

  • Experience using intranets or digital publishing tools

  • Interested in emerging communication trends and new ways to connect people at work

  • Experience in healthcare or complex, regulated sectors is a bonus, not a must

What's in it for you?

  • The opportunity to help shape communication and culture in a nationally significant organisation

  • Exposure to national projects and senior leaders across a large, complex business

  • Work alongside experienced, values-led professionals in a supportive and purpose-driven team

  • A role with variety and visibility, where your ideas and voice will be valued
