Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write and publish a variety of communication and marketing materials with a focus on visual storytelling (imagery, infographics, videography)
• Design and collate content for internal newsletters using Vision6 and SharePoint
• Collaborate with program and project teams to deliver effective communication plans that promote key initiatives
• Ensure all communications align with organisational style guides and approval processes
• Analyse communication outcomes to drive continuous improvement
• Provide support for events and initiatives, including preparing PowerPoint presentations and speeches
• Manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight timeframes
About You
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate and engagement content for a variety of platforms and audiences.
• Well-developed verbal communication and presentation skills, comfortable with public speaking and capable of representing the program across all organisational levels.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools, especially Vision6 and SharePoint
• An understanding of change management principles and how communications support organisational transformation
• Ability to craft messages that resonate with different audiences, addressing their concerns and motivations while aligning with program objectives

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint
• Demonstrated experience in internal communications
• Qualifications or experience in communications, marketing or journalism (highly regarded)
• Experience with email marketing and design software (desirable)
