Job DescriptionGriffith International is seeking a motivated International Admissions Support Officer to join the International Admissions team. In this role, you will provide administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth operation of international admissions processes.
Within this role you will:
- Create, maintain and update student records in Student Management Systems, CRM and other platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service to agents, partners, and direct student applicants, liaising effectively across internal business areas.
- Create, issue and update Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) documents via PRISMS and StudyLink.
- Assist students with enquiries, escalating or directing as appropriate.
- Undertake general administrative duties and pre-assessment tasks relating to international student applications.
- Comply with the Client Services Officer Quality Framework to ensure high-quality service across email, phone and face-to-face enquiries.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes, student experience and service efficiencies.
- Work productively in a team environment, building positive relationships and contributing to a supportive workplace culture.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position (6-months), based at our Brisbane South (Nathan) campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus university, you may be required to work across other campus locations.
Griffith University's sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full-time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4, in the range $73,623 – $77,680 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $86,138 – $90,885 per annum.

You will also have:
- An associate diploma qualification (or higher), or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Sound administrative skills and proficiency in digital systems, with experience in Student Management or CRM systems desirable.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and enhancing student experience.
