**As Principal Internal Communication Officer, you'll play a key role in shaping how the department communicates and engages with its people. You'll partner with the Executive Leadership Team, senior managers and project leaders to deliver strategies that support organisational objectives, build trust and keep staff connected.
Your work will span both strategic planning and hands-on delivery. You'll drive the delivery of the department's internal communication and engagement work program including creating engaging content, preparing executive updates, coordinating major events such as staff forums and the annual Spotlight celebration, and analysing feedback and trends for continuous improvement.
