We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Victoria who wishes to raise the bar of the electronic security industry.  

You would oversee and manage the branch activities, ensuring efficient operations. Proactively manage performance with a view to maximising results and achieving peak performance according to budget, business guidelines, and client expectations.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team
  • Demonstrated clear decision-making skills based on business guidelines.
  • Project management governance experience
  • Working knowledge of risk management principles and contractual compliance
  • Extensive understanding of Electronic Security systems, network design, and equipment.
  • Obtains or ability to obtain an AGSVA Clearance
