As we continue to expand, we're looking for an Administrative Associate to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our business.

About the Role

As an Operations Associate, you will be a key member of our team, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting critical areas of the business including CRM, KYC compliance, and software testing. This is a hands-on, diverse role requiring excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support daily business operations and process optimisation
  • Manage CRM systems and assist in customer relationship management
  • Ensure compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to support testing and feedback
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in both English and Mandarin (intermediate level)
  • Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of business processes
Requirements
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience working with CMS platforms is highly regarded
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
