Operations Manager at Vehicle Processing Centre
- $100,000 - $120,000 Per Annum + Performance Bonus
- Immediate Start Available

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee all logistics, production, and yard operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Conduct monthly profit and loss analysis, addressing and explaining any discrepancies.
- Manage overall labour resources, excluding office staff, in collaboration with supervisors.
- Ensure implementation and comprehension of Quality Systems and total quality management in all service aspects, adherence to procedures, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure timely vehicle processing.
- Uphold housekeeping standards and manage inventory assessments and stocktakes.
- Ensure implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all operational areas.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a leadership role.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proven track record in managing significant assets and maintaining high-quality standards.
- A valid manual driver's license with at least 3 years of experience.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
