About the role
We're seeking an experienced
Administrator Business Support
to join our team at
Roy Hill Mine
, working an
8/6 day-shift-only roster
on a
permanent full-time
basis.
Based in the
Mining Services Area (MSA)
and reporting to the
Supervisor Business Support
, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a dynamic mining environment and enjoys providing high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders.
Duties
- Coordinate and amend travel bookings for Mining personnel using INX SAM
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, document control
- Assist with the creation and distribution of site communications and compliance documents
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Mining Services Area
- Perform accurate and timely data entry in SAP
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with organisational policies and standards
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to streamline administrative processes
- Manage competing priorities with strong time management and adaptability
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in office administration, ideally within a mining or industrial environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SAP and/or INX systems
- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification (desirable)

Leveraging established infrastructure, including our processing plant and 344km independently owned and operated heavy haul railway, our operation oversees each moment from when ore is mined through to when it is shipped.
