What can you expect from a day as our WHS Manager?

Oversee the development, planning, organisation, and execution of health and safety framework and programs to prevent injuries, manage risks, and elevate employee awareness. Monitor risk and report non-compliance whilst managing workers' compensation and complex cases, as well as supervising the casework of all employees injured at work. Our WHS Manager reports within the Risk and Sustainability function and is accountable for the leadership of a small team, whilst also being hands on to ensure work is delivered to a high standard and understanding
