About the roleThis role is responsible for administering the RMCC contract, leading major road maintenance and capital construction projects, managing budgets, compliance, and stakeholder relationships.

Duties
- Manage the Transport for NSW RMCC contract, including payment claims and approvals.
 - Plan, coordinate, and deliver road maintenance and capital construction projects
 - Provide technical engineering support and oversight to the Transport services team
 - Lead and develop the team, fostering a positive and productive work culture
 
Skills & experience
- Relevant engineering qualification with 5+ years' local experience in civil construction and road maintenance
 - Proven expertise in managing infrastructure projects involving roads, drainage, and bridges
 - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
 - Current NSW Construction Induction White Card and valid driver's licence
 - Desirable: RMCC contract experience, Project Management qualifications, WH&S knowledge
