- Develop, maintain and embed best-practice WHS systems and initiatives across freshwater, processing and land-based operations
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation while promoting both physical and psychological safety
- Champion Tassal's Zero by Choice strategy and support the implementation of Our Blueprint
Attributes for Success
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong technical expertise and proven ability to influence culture and capability.
Qualifications:
A Diploma in WHS (or equivalent) is required, with a Degree in WHS considered highly desirable. Additional qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and/or Lead Auditor in WHS will also be valued.
Experience and Skills:
- Strong technical WHS expertise across multi-site operations
