About the role
The General Manager will be tasked with ensuring that AKTs goals & objectives are successfully delivered in territory whilst balancing the local market needs and will be the company's first role in Australia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning - engage with the CEO and SVP Global Sales to co-develop the long-term strategic plans for the commercial growth of the territory for AKT
  • In Territory Leadership - Lead the implementation of the plan working with the global team
  • Compliance, Finance and Risk Management

About you
You are  a driven and hungry professional with a passion for beauty and sustainability, and you're ready to make a significant impact in a fast-growing start-up.

You have demonstrated success in:

  • Sales and/or Marketing Leadership in a start-up or scale up
  • Prestige Beauty Experience essential
  • Knowledge of local regulations, customer preferences, competitive dynamics
  • Experience managing key customer relationships at a senior level, including B2B (wholesale) and D2C
