We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager – NSW to lead our operations, drive growth, and ensure the continued delivery of exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across NSW projects.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including financial performance, project delivery, and workforce management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Oversee compliance with all legal, environmental, and safety requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth, innovation, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with directors and the broader leadership team to deliver on company vision and values.

About You

  • Proven leadership experience in civil construction, plant hire, or related infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, contracts, and resources effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, complex projects within tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative leader with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
