About your opportunity:
In this position you will.....
Collaborates with manager/s and educator/s to lead quality and research activities; for example, conducting and evaluating audits to devise learning plans to address outcomes.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills specific to work area and role models advanced person-focused evidence-based care.
Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills with experience providing feedback along with escalating matters of concern.
