About you:
In your new role you will
Apply increasing independence with clinically complex scenarios and decision making as clinical skills and knowledge develop.
Assist in the development and/or review of clinical practices, procedures and protocols in a work area using the principles of evidence based practice under the guidance of senior staff.
Developing clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by
engaging in professional development activities and regular Performance Development Planning.
Fostering and maintaining close communication links with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordination of client care.
