About you:
In your new role you will;
Examine all incoming enquiries, paperwork and correspondence, prioritising and delegating issues and taking appropriate action including coordinating timely responses.
Lead business support activities for the service; including review of activities to ensure the team has high level support to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
Assist patient service delivery through timely completion and coordination of required paperwork and accurate updating of hospital information systems (e.g. HBCIS), ensuring data integrity (e.g. patient demographics, admission/discharge/transfer times, account class classification, SNAP, FIM score, etc.).
Run regular payroll and finance reports on DSS, S/4 HANA or MyHR for presentation to the NUM, Clinical and Nursing Directors, or their staff. Provide advice to correct and mitigate any issues.
