About your opportunity:

In this position you will.....

Effectively communicate with clients, carers, CHSP & CACH clinicians and staff, answering client enquiries via the telephone, directing enquiries to the appropriate staff within acceptable time frames.

Maintain a working knowledge of and use office systems including word processing, spreadsheet applications, data base management and record keeping.

Assist in maintaining accurate and appropriate record keeping systems for all relevant client and staff files.
