Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a fast-growing Brisbane professional services firm that's scaling rapidly across multiple service lines.

This is your chance to be at the heart of impactful recruitment, including graduate programs and helping to shape the future of a thriving Brisbane office.

You'll spend your days screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and driving the recruitment process from start to finish. As the People and Culture team member in Brisbane, you'll be the go-to recruitment expert, building relationships across the business while thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is initially a 12-month contract, but with the company's expansion, there's a very real chance to transition into a permanent role and grow your career with them.

About You

You're not just a recruiter, you're a relationship-builder and go-getter. You love moving fast, thinking on your feet, and making things happen. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Agency recruitment experience (1–2 years is perfect) or proven internal recruitment skills.
  • Background recruiting white-collar professionals or experience in professional services.
  • A talent for juggling multiple roles and candidates simultaneously without missing a beat.
  • A proactive, outgoing personality. You're confident introducing yourself, networking, and building strong internal relationships.

You're adaptable, energetic, and excited to take on challenges in a fast-moving, growing business.
