About the Opportunity
As a valued member of our team you will have the opportunity to actively assist people achieve their home ownership goals.
Your role will be critical to making this happen and is responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation of loan documentation and ensuring loan securities are in order.
Your daily activities will include the following:
- Reviewing new instructions and supporting documentation;
- Preparing Letters of Offer and Loan Documentation;
- Checking mortgage documentation for accuracy prior to issuance;
- Communicating via email and phone to key stakeholders such as Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers' Solicitors and major Australian banks;
- Creating PEXA workspaces;
- General file management duties;
About You
We are looking for people who have a willingness to learn and display a positive attitude.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills;
- A keen attitude to deliver pro-active, empathetic customer service;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Ability to process high volume data entry with excellent error rate
