About the Opportunity

As a valued member of our team you will have the opportunity to actively assist people achieve their home ownership goals.

Your role will be critical to making this happen and is responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation of loan documentation and ensuring loan securities are in order.

Your daily activities will include the following:

  • Reviewing new instructions and supporting documentation;
  • Preparing Letters of Offer and Loan Documentation;
  • Checking mortgage documentation for accuracy prior to issuance;
  • Communicating via email and phone to key stakeholders such as Mortgage Brokers, Borrowers' Solicitors and major Australian banks;
  • Creating PEXA workspaces;
  • General file management duties;
