Account Manager
to join our team based in
Sydney (Wetherill Park)
.
This is a key sales role within the business, focused on targeting opportunities, maximising revenue and building long-term customer partnerships. Through a strategic approach, you will build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities and maintain a detailed understanding of current projects and market conditions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Water and Civil Infrastructure industry
- Achieve revenue, margin and customer engagement targets
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market conditions, industry projects and competitor activity
- Manage sales pipelines and reporting through CRM systems
- Represent the business at industry conferences, networking events and customer meetings
The right candidate for this role will possess:
- A proven track record in sales, account management or business development
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Organisational and reporting abilities to manage multiple opportunities effectively
- Knowledge of the water or civil infrastructure industry is highly regarded
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
