Account Manager
to join our team based in
Sydney (Wetherill Park)
.

This is a key sales role within the business, focused on targeting opportunities, maximising revenue and building long-term customer partnerships. Through a strategic approach, you will build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities and maintain a detailed understanding of current projects and market conditions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Water and Civil Infrastructure industry
  • Achieve revenue, margin and customer engagement targets
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market conditions, industry projects and competitor activity
  • Manage sales pipelines and reporting through CRM systems
  • Represent the business at industry conferences, networking events and customer meetings

The right candidate for this role will possess:

  • A proven track record in sales, account management or business development
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Organisational and reporting abilities to manage multiple opportunities effectively
  • Knowledge of the water or civil infrastructure industry is highly regarded
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
