Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Platform Marketing Support professional located in Sydney, NSW. Some work from home is acceptable. The Platform Marketing Support professional will be responsible for providing marketing support, conducting market analysis and generating reports, assisting with sales activities, handling customer service inquiries, and creating marketing content. The individual will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing Support and Sales
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to generate reports
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using marketing software and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the technology or platform industry is a plus
