We are a small–medium, family-run plumbing, roofing, and building company providing high-quality services to residential, strata, and real estate clients. We pride ourselves on reliability, quality, and a supportive work environment.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs our Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Answer and make client calls in a professional manner.
- Log and book jobs into our system accurately.
- Run errands and assist with general office tasks.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate with tradespeople and contractors.
- Assist with record-keeping, reporting, and filing.
- Learn and use our in-house software effectively.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Some background knowledge in strata, plumbing, or real estate (helpful but not essential).
- Confidence with computers and willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- A proactive, reliable, and adaptable attitude.
- Flexibility to work partly from home when required.
- Be part of a close-knit, family-run business.
