About The Role
What we are looking for:

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Field Officer to champion inclusive practices across local kindergartens. In this dynamic role, you'll work directly with educators and families to support children with additional needs, fostering environments where every child can thrive. Your expertise in child development, inclusive practices, and trauma-informed approaches will help shape responsive learning environments for all children.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the following

You may be required to undertake practical testing, work preference profiling / psychometric testing, functional capacity assessment (physical) or aptitude testing.

The successful candidate will be asked to produce a clear Working with Children Check and will be asked toconsent to a national police check (and where relevant an 'international criminal history check'), subject to the operation of spent conviction laws.
