An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced and highly driven hands on Service Advisor to join our team, and to begin a career within Moro & Sons Automotive, at our Bridgestone Select site in Forestville, Sydney.
Bridgestone Select not only fits tyres, but we specialise in automotive diagnosis and servicing of all makes and models. We have a proud history of servicing the local communities who rely on our expertise.
Moro & Sons Automotive is a private company operating 5 Bridgestone businesses within the Sydney region. This is a great company for anyone who wishes to build a career for themselves in the Automotive industry.
This role reports directly to a highly experienced Store Manager, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales KPI "s.
Daily duties will include meeting sales KPI "s and assisting store manager in managing a team of 8 staff.
The role is for a 5-day working week plus Saturday overtime available.
The applicant will need to be professional, with a reliable attitude, extensive mechanical knowledge, and experience with a variety of makes and models of vehicles. Candidates need to show an ability to work independently as well as part of a team, exhibit effective time management skills and have the ability to comply with OHS policies and procedures. As well as having good communication skills and a friendly disposition, you will possess a keen eye for detail, be punctual, and responsible.
