Workplace Coordinator – Brisbane (permanent, full time)
We're thrilled to be recruiting a permanent, full-time experienced Workplace Coordinator to join our brand-new premises in Brisbane. At Dentons, the Workplace Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our Workplace Strategy is delivered effectively and to the highest standard. This hands-on operational role forms part of a national team committed to providing an exceptional workplace experience through a strong focus on service excellence.
About the role
Working closely with our Client Services team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing daily site operations to ensure minimal disruption to business activities;
 - Coordinating maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and managing contractors on site;
 - Manage mail, archives, reprographics, and secure document destruction;
 - Onboarding new starters into the premises and maintaining staff amenities;
 - Monitoring and ordering office supplies while promoting new ways of working in a hybrid environment;
 - Acting as an active member of the Workplace Health and Safety Committee, leading emergency planning and managing office security;
 - Reconciling and processing invoices promptly;
 - Assisting the Events Manager to deliver high-quality client events;
 - Keeping office manuals and intranet information up to date and relevant;
 - Providing reception relief as required.
 
About you
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- 4–5 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities, or a professional services environment;
 - A strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality outcomes;
 - The ability to work full-time, on-site in our Brisbane office;
 - Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to minimise escalations;
 - Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written);
 - A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to teamwork;
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
