We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people live, work, play, shop, and eat.What this opportunity involves:The Workplace Services Manager will manage the day-to-day scheduled activities for the assigned property/facility.  The role will assume overall responsibility for the management of the client tenancy services (both hard and soft) together with the management of tenant services requests and minor projects. A snapshot of the role:Engage stakeholders and manage relationships.Ensure vendors deliver on time and within budget, adhering to guidelines.Manage contracts for best value and ensure timely renewals.Meet financial targets and maintain compliance.Maintain a safe work environment.Implement improvements and provide 24/7 support.Maintain risk management and business continuity plans.Before you apply it's worth knowing what we are looking for:3-4 years in Workplace Services, with tenancy/project coordination experience.Commercial property experience.Knowledge of health and safety, and vendor management.Understanding of property technical aspects.Strong budget and financial analysis skills.Proactive customer service and stakeholder engagement.Conflict management and negotiation skills.What you can expect from us:As an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
