This role plays a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bond the relationship between JLL, our client and their guest. Managing a team of Mailroom Coordinators and Receptionists your role is to ensure exceptional client team member experience in every interaction, whilst delivering a range of on-site workplace related services. About the role:Manage and train the mailroom coordinators and receptionists, conduct performance reviews and set goals with each team memberWork with ANZ Experience Lead on processes and proceduresBuild relationships and rapport with key stakeholders, ensuring minimal escalationsSupport the delivery of internal general service for our employees across a range of different disciplines including Property, Facilities, Workspace, event management, desk and parking booking, AV/VC issues and general building orientationEnsure adherence to client's workplace guideline to create a welcoming, safe and productive workplaceDisplay flexibility in availability to ensure coverage on all conference floors and maintain work standardsRaise work orders for repairs and retifircation, book handment and maintenance personnel as needed while being the point of contact for the Facilities Management teamBook meeting room spaces specifically for high-profile managers and Board of Directors, ensuring premium service standardsLiase with Executive Assistant to organise events, coordinate catering services and registering of guestsEnsure meeting room floors are maintained in a pristine and clutter-free way, ensure rooms are set up ready for each bookingAbout you:Previous experience in hospitality, or high-end corporate concierge servicesProven experience managing a small team of employeesWell-developed time management and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and coordinate othersExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships and expectationsPrior experience managing meeting room services is desirableWhat you can expect from us:As an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
