About The Role
As our Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding Belluxe Australia's client base by targeting builders, developers, interior designers, and architects. Your proactive approach to business development, client relationship management, and product promotion will be key to achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Your job will be to grow our brand presence in the building industry – Builders, Developers and Architects.
- Primarily face to face with Customers building new relationships, quoting projects and securing new business.
- Low levels of sales administration due to the small team and focus on growing sales.
- Must have proven sales hunting experience (lead generation and prospecting).
- Industry experience in the building sector is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert new business leads with a focus on builders, developers, and design professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to increase brand awareness and secure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve sales growth targets through effective product promotion and account management.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through superior service and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with management to execute targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Improve sales efficiency and reporting through CRM and data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to increasing revenue by 30% or more over the next 12 months.
About You
- You must have proven sales hunting experience in lead generation and prospecting to be successful in this role
- Previous experience in the building industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage a highly autonomous role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about premium building products and eager to be part of a growing company.
