  • Intraoral and laboratory scanners

To continue our success we are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Specialist to expand the dental laboratory and clinic business in the CAD/CAM arena.

This role will be located in Melbourne Victoria and reports to the National Sales Manager, with interstate travel on occasion.

Key functions | responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs
  • Analysing the market Identifying and generating new business
  • Maintaining and developing the existing client base and relationships
  • Solution Selling - working with our clients to translate our solutions into financial benefits for them
  • An unwavering understanding of how to align your software and hardware to design a custom solution
  • Focus on digital workflows for the dental industry including restorative and removable solutions
  • Research and develop written proposals and quotations
  • Deliver in person and online presentations
  • Identifying key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Participation in trade shows, special activities and conventions
  • Regular written and oral reporting to management on business and client activity
  • Some travel required interstate

To succeed in this role you thrive on the challenge of business growth and possess:

  • A strong background in the dental industry or speciality dental services such as a dental technician
  • Experience with CAD/CAM dental workflows
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to focus on client support and retention
  • Demonstrated solution selling experience
  • Experience and comfortable working independently
  • Proven premium equipment sales (circa $50k)
  • The flexibility to travel as required
