We are seeking a 
Field Service Technician
 to service, maintain, and repair advanced coffee systems for our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, diagnostics, and repair of Dr.Coffee & CAYE equipment
  • Accurate reporting and compliance with safety standards
  • Respond to customer breakdowns and conduct on-site repairs
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
  • Support customers with technical advice and equipment operation guidance
  • Accurately complete service documentation and job reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

About You:

  • Trade qualified/electrical certificate technician
  • 3+ years' field service experience with super automatic equipment
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Ability to work autonomously in field service environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel and work in varied field conditions
  • Excellent communication and customer service focus
  • Current driver's licence
