We offer both clinic (Croydon) and outreach sessions in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, including in Croydon, Ringwood, Kilsyth, Mooroolbark, Healesville and Lilydale. You will be reimbursed for your travel in accordance with the Health Professionals and Support Services Award.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients and their families to identify their individual needs and set meaningful goals.
- Utilise the child's strengths and interests to engage the young person in creative and fun interventions.
- Design and implement customised treatment plans to promote functional independence and improve overall well-being for the families we support.
- Conduct assessments to measure the child's progress.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, adapting activities to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
- Collaborate regularly with a child's therapy team to provide support holistically.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation and reporting.
- Support clients from diverse populations, including children of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, children with developmental delays and mental health challenges.
- You are a recent graduate or early career registered (or soon to be registered) Occupational Therapist looking to join a supportive, inclusive and dynamic team.
- You want a part-time or full-time position – both are available Adapt your caseload to fit in with your lifestyle. Hours and location are flexible with a mix of Croydon clinic and outreach appointments.
- You love working with children and young adults - our main role will be supporting children 2-12 years, but we also offer services to teenagers and young adults. We can tailor this to your interest and specialty.
- You are client focussed – you will have the opportunity to support many wonderful clients with developmental delays including individuals living with Down Syndrome, physical disabilities, genetic conditions and neurodivergence.

- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Public Liability Insurance

- Current CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain prior to commencement)
