Perth, Western Australia Drive Personnel Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Drive Personnel is currently expanding within the mining, resourcing, construction, and civil construction sectors across Western Australia.

Due to rapid expansion and growing demands, we are offering the successful, well-presented, motivated, and committed applicant a Human Resources traineeship in our West Perth Office.

Throughout the 12-month traineeship you will receive training with a high level of support, be paid at award rate and learn on the job.

Duties:

  • Front reception and general duties (answering and making calls, scheduling appointments, record-keeping, filing, collecting and sending mail, etc.)
  • Making bookings such as medicals and courses
  • Data entry
  • Performing recruitment tasks
  • Working Monday to Friday

Minimum requirements:

  • Driver's licence and reliable transport
  • A 12-month commitment to completing the traineeship
  • Australian citizen or a permanent resident
  • Ability to obtain and provide a national police clearance
  • High level of organisational skills, attention to detail, reliable and willing to learn
  • Intermediate MS skills, including Word and Excel processing
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral

Desirable:

  • Data entry experience
  • Payroll experience
  • Previous experience in labour hire or administrative environment
